This is the prettiest BBT Chart I've ever had.

Hehe, fertilityfriend.com gave me a '2 days trial for VIP benefits of the charting software' so that's why my chart suddenly ber-colourful. I know that in 2-4 days time, my temp will drop and I will get my menses.
Please ignore the coverline actually. (the red lines. Im on Yasmin, its a birth control and it supposed to correct my cycle pattern. so this is the nicest pattern ive ever seen on my own chart. Im hoping after today's last tablet, i will have a pretty chart on my own with the help of the natural progesterone cream (lumiglow).

If i were not on any meds, and the coverline was at day 8, it means i ovulated on day 8. but im on birth control to correct my periods, so the coverline maybe just indicated that progestin is taking over in order to thicken my uterus lining. (if anyone who wants to prevent pregnancy, that was the time u can have sex all you want without worrying that u might get pregnant) That's why BBT can be used as a guidance to 'prevent' pregnancy as well.

I finally found the answer why i lose weight.
it's YASMIN. tak sama mcm diane35, yasmin ni balance water retention dalam badan kita so baru aku tau yg badan aku naik selama ni, gemok air. hahahahaha! gila with Diane35 i gained until 49kg (lastyear). sedangkan masa seumur hidup aku sampai la aku kawin, aku ni budak underweight yang semue org takcaya aku ni 25 (in 2009), ramai org ingat aku 15thn. sebab berat aku 34kg je. dan aku nampak sgt kecik dan kurus.
Skang ni aku 43kg aku rase dah ok and comfortable. aku dah la "sangat" tinggi. 150cm je so skang sudah balance and im happy. if anyone of you yang period takbetol, u can try YASMIN. u can ask ur gynae for it.
