TENDER..NIPS

hahaha! lucah pulak. eh apa pulak lucah, breast tu kan anggota badan.
hahaaha! the thing is dah 5 hari i have tender breast without any meds!!! and my BBT RAISED without any meds, any supplements! oh god please make this as a good sign, period pun dah syukur!!! 
tahun 2011 lansung takde rasa sakit breast mcm nak period tu, kecuali kalau makan ubat baru rasa. YAYY IM SO HAPPY dah lama tak rase pedih kat breast mcm ni for so long!!! it hurts but im happy!!
ini definitely sign of progesterone is showing up again! OH THANK YOU!!!!!! 
YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOR A YEAR! SKANG BARU MUNCUL BALIK!!

 i know it is showing up on itself bcoz i feel what i should feel when im about to have my periods (sendiri not by meds)
asik lapar, perut senak, and bloated, muka panas (hot flashes), temperature naik, and breast pain. YYAYYY
sukaa!

and today im celebrating my 28th BIRTHDAY, and 3 YEARS ANNIVERSARY WITH MY BELOVED HUSBAND! :)

    yannie: tQ! hahaha, amin! tapi kalau tak pun xpe bcoz i know that this is the sign i might get my periods dalam 2minggu lagi. TAKSABA NYE nak jumpa period sendiri!!tak makan ubat dah lama ni! (hahaha bleh?)
