Why dont they just say it on their websites? hohohoh

jadi buat masa skang ni, aku tgh research pasal natural progesterone cream and PCOS. yes, memang dia membantu sebab dia ada PROGESTERONE, which im lacking.

i tried them on my husband, yang testimonial diorg semua katenye Lumiglow ni boleh menghilang robek2 di muka, mencantikkan kulit semua tu kan. kebetolan asben aku kene mcm gatal2, kulit terkopek2, bersisik, merah2, belakang telinga dia. aku suruh dia apply, ade yang aku sapukan psl die taknampak celah mana yang sisik2 tu.

3 days later, it's all GONE.

dah 3 hari aku muntah2, cirit birit..BBT aku elevate naik.

muntah2 tu bukan pregnant, aku tau tapi sebab progesterone is increasing. so sama la mcm org pregnant punya symptom, progesterone naik, akan menyebabkan muntah2 dan loya.

pagi tadi muntah paling byk, dah aa kuar air putih2 je, yang makan ape smlm tak kuar pun tapi kuar kat bawah. haha!

i have some faith in this lumiglow. bcoz live proof on BBT and on skins, and muntah2, i think its a positive reaction.

sebab aku dah kate kan kalau aku dok sapu benda tu and NOTHING HAPPEN, maksud nothing happen tu ialah takde effect apa2, jadi aku takmo continue beli lagi. habiskan je botol yg dah ada.

tapi buat mase skang ni aku tgh on yasmin kan, so aku better stop menyapu Lumiglow tu sementara tunggu aku period sebab aku takot aku muntah2 ni disebabkan byk hormon absorb ke darah aku. maybe sebab tu aku muntah banyak.

lack of PROGESTERONE is the reason for PCOS, (selain dari insulin resistant)

You can use 15 to 20 mg of progesterone cream daily from day 14 to day 28 of your cycle, adjust accordingly. The disappearance of facial hair and acne are usually obvious signs that hormones are becoming balanced, but to see these results, you'll need to give treatment at least 6 months, in conjunction with proper diet and exercise.

If your symptoms fade, try gradually easing off the progesterone (take half the dose, for example) and see how it goes.

If your symptoms return, stay on the full dose for six more months. Ideally, as a young woman you would use the progesterone cream only during the months you need it, and encourage your body to return to its normal hormonal rhythms as much as possible.
