Rupanya LOW FAT MILK tu tak bagos. aku tattau lansong. aku rase ini adalah salah SATU sebab gak utk hormone imbalance aku nih. aku before ni mase kurus kering aku mmg minom full cream milk. (aku mmg sgt suke susu). tapi since aku kawin ni aku tukar ke low fat sbb kan aku start taking hormone medication jadah semua so dah aa ubat2 tu pon kasi gemok, takkan nak gi minom full cream milk lak.

hmm ni aku mmg tattau ni. ingat low fat tu healthy je. maybe not to us yg trying to conceive kot. nak2 lagi susu lembu yg low fat lak. susu kambing OK. baca entry bawah ni.

tapi ade jek org yg takyah minom susu ape2 pon rajin je die mengandung. maybe healthy fats lain yg die ambik tu mencukupi?
