dah 2 hari aku mcm tu, aku dok la pikir kenape aku tak cirit plak? adekah benda tu dah stabil kat badan aku or sebab aku baru start EPO (3000mg) per day.
hmm aku dah tau EPO (evening primrose oil) ni supplement yg bagos utk org pompuan especially yg nak conceive tapi tu la kdg2 tu bile kite asik beli je n nothing happen, kdg2 die akan jadi malas nak beli..
sampai la aku terbace article psl ape kaitan EPO ni dgn PCOS, rupenye die byk membantu selain drp die bagi cervical mucus kite berkualiti n 'sperm friendly', die jugak membantu menstabilkan hormon2 yg kelamkabot tuh. diulangi, memBANTU, so apa2 je yg leh membANTU, baik aku ambik drp x ambik lansong.
(lupe yg aku on metformin ni) sumbat je sbb lapa, semalam 1 hari aku xmakan sbb takde selera. kitkat je yg aku makan smlm, then bile malam tu aku makan nasik sket kat umah, yglain tu laki aku yg abiskan.
arini alhamdulillah leh makann..takde la perot kosong kan.yay! so i guess EPO did something!

EPO for PCOS (Evening Primrose Oil for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)
Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome who are trying to conceive are willing to do just about anything for the joyous occasion of seeing a positive pregnancy test. Luckily, there are some fairly simple ways to get started treating your PCOS without any serious drugs or side effects. Keep in mind that PCOS should be treated and without treatment serious long term health risks may occur. However, in the short run, there are a few ways to deal with the hormonal imbalance that may help rectify the PCOS and help you conceive.
One option is EPO, evening primrose oil. This particular oil when taken by women can help balance the levels of estrogen and progesterone in the woman’s body. PCOS is known as a hormonal imbalance so any kind of supplement that helps restore balance between female hormones is definitely worth trying. Many women with PCOS have a ratio of estrogen to progesterone that is elevated.
Some women may be taking Glucophage (Metformin) for their PCOS and there does not appear to be any problem taking Glucophage in addition to evening primrose oil. However, it is prudent to talk with your doctor first to ensure that is the case before you begin mixing any drugs. Remember, too, that you can conceive with PCOS. It just might take some time to restore your body’s hormonal balance!
